Claridge LCS-II markerboards and select tackboards have achieved both GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certifications and GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certification. GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification is a product certification program for low-emitting interior building materials, furnishings, and finish systems. GREENGUARD Children & Schools is a product certification program for low-emitting interior building materials, furnishings and finish systems used in educational environments.
GREENGUARD certified products must meet stringent, third-party standards for low chemical emissions based on established health standards and must undergo rigorous testing and verification processes on a regular basis. This certification is broadly recognized and accepted by a number of "green" building programs, including the United States Green Building Council's (USGBC) LEEDsm program, CHPS, GSA, NAHB and many more.
