Measurement Considerations

All frequency counters are susceptible to error when measuring low-voltage, low-frequency signals. Shielding inputs from external noise
pickup is critical for minimizing measurement errors.

Settling Considerations

Measurement Considerations

The built-in cold junction temperature tracks the temperature inside the terminal box. The change of temperature in the terminal box might
cause additional error. When using the built-in cold junction compensation, connect the sensor terminal of the thermocouple to the terminal
box and warm it up for more than 3 minutes to minimize the error.
