The SMART U100-SBM600 Projector Retrofit Kit is designed to fit the existing SBM680 interactive whiteboard installation. The SMART U100 projector provides an ultra-bright high resolution image on a short boom delivering high definition, high performance interactivity that is virtually free of shadows or glare. This projector supports video and audio connections from a variety of devices, including DVD/Blu-ray™ players, VCRs, document cameras and digital cameras, and can project media from these sources onto the interactive screen. The SMART U100-SBM600 includes a sturdy support system suitable for many different environments.
Display technology
The projection engine uses DLP® technology by Texas Instruments™, providing BrilliantColor™ performance and quality Gamma 2.2 correction with Bright Room, Dark Room, sRGB, User and SMART Presentation modes. Philips® ImageCare™ lamp control technology extends lamp life.
Do everything that you can do at your computer
When the projector displays an image from your computer on the touch sensitive interactive whiteboard, you can do everything that you can do at your computer—open and close applications, scroll through files, conference with others, create new documents or edit existing ones, visit websites, play video clips and more—by touching the screen. You can use an array of gestures within applications.

Educators and administrators will find the U100 easier to use and maintain as it offers easy boom adjustments with a new centralized dial system, onboard quality diagnostics and improved user alerts. Available with the SMART Board SBX885 and the SBM685, this new projector enables an enriched interactive whiteboard experience that offers significant enhancements compared to previous systems, but at a reduced price. With dual HDMI and USB connectivity, the U100w is also wireless-ready, providing customers with the option to connect a wireless media streaming device. And the updated design boasts a significantly reduced footprint - 67 percent smaller by volume than previous SMART UX80 projector models, as well as a front-facing 9 Watt speaker for clear audio throughout the classroom. The U100 is backed by a standard three-year projector warranty with optional one- and two-year extensions available.

All systems come with SMART Notebook® collaborative learning software. The SMART Notebook allows educators to easily create engaging, interactive learning experiences while providing the flexibility to respond to the needs of learners in real-time. Educators also have access to the SMART Exchange™ online education community, where over one million educators connect, share and download high-quality digital resources. Additionally, the new interactive whiteboard systems come with a one-year subscription to Notebook Advantage, which enables schools and districts to access the new features in SMART Notebook, along with a comprehensive suite of plug-ins, widgets, learning content and subject-specific add-ons.
